Content - Proprietary Rights

Online Conduct

User agrees to use TheEamesChair.com only for lawful purposes. TheEamesChair.com reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to individual Users, TheEamesChair.com, or any rights of TheEamesChair.com or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither TheEamesChair.com nor its Providers can ensure prompt removal of questionable Content after online posting. User Contributions

Users who post materials to this site (e.g. contests, Q & A) agree to abide by the following rules:

Returns Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of ship date, with reference to an assigned return authorization number and must be in saleable condition with original container and packing. All funds are refunded to your credit card and/or via check. TheEamesChair.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

In accordance with the terms of TheEamesChair.com's Privacy Policy, http://www.TheEamesChair.com/privacy.html TheEamesChair.com respects the privacy of its Users.

Termination of Usage

TheEamesChair.com may terminate User's access, or suspend any User's access to all or part of TheEamesChair.com, without notice, for any conduct that TheEamesChair.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider, a service provider, or TheEamesChair.com.

Usage by Children Under 13 Years of Age

TheEamesChair.com cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. TheEamesChair.com must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.
